Sleek Contemporary Dining Room in Brown and Beige

A sleek, contemporary dining room decorated in black and beige creates and elegant, modern atmosphere.  The simple, almost minimilistic approach establishes a clean feel and peaceful, uncluttered sense.   Light beige walls are complemented by black chairs, smoked black glass dining table top, wall table, frame on the artwork on the wall, and counter top in the kitchen in the background.  A few carefully chosen clear glass accessory pieces add elegance to the surroundings by way of  candle holders on the wall table, and two tall vases on either end of the dining table with  three glass votive candle holders in a linear formation between them.  The tall branches extending out…

Sophisticated & Modern Dining Room in Pink, Brown, Black and White

This modern and sophisticated dining room really pops with style, yet this look is really easy to replicate in almost any space, and in a variety of price ranges (it doesn’t have to be expensive!). Modern and Traditional Elegant Condo Livingroom

A mix of modern and traditional influences converge, creating an elegant condo living room by Canadian designer Ken Metrick that is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting.  From the December 2006 issue of House and Home Magazine, soft white walls (Maritime White (OC-5) from Benjamin Moore) create a neutral backdrop to allow the furnishings to be the star of the show. The 1920’s Saraband rug offers a punch of colour in the otherwise neutral living room, while linen drapery softens the floor-to-ceiling windows with a billowy, sheer quality. The armchairs, coffee table, sofas, ottoman, and area rug are from Elte.

    Brown Bedroom Paint

Paint colors in brown hues is what makes this bedroom decor so warm and inviting.  A feature wall behind the bed is done in deep mocha, which looks fantastic when contrasted with the light latte colored walls through out the rest of the room. The carpet is a cozy warm-beige short shag that oozes comfort and just begs to be walked on.  Staying with the brown family, the bed is dressed in a shimmery bronze comforter, accented with pillows and toss cushions in shades of brown. For a bit of punch and contrast, a couple of green cushions are thrown into the mix.  The artwork on the wall behind the…
